Operations Department

Bed Maintenance Crew Leader

The Bed Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing the crew and ensures commercial customers’ needs and expectations are met by mowing, edging, blowing, etc. The crew leader ensures duties are done professionally and in a timely, cost effective manner. Prior crew leader experience, experience using commercial equipment and having worked on commercial job sites would be helpful along with good judgment, decision making and time management skills. Bi-lingual in this position is a plus. Maintains machinery and equipment by performing daily end of the day maintenance checks. The crew leader must possess or have the ability to possess a Chauffer’s license, and undergo and pass a drug screening and physical examination. This position is first shift and is estimated at 40+ hours / week. 

Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for the execution of landscape projects and work orders with assigned company equipment. The crew leader is also responsible for crew productivity, crew member development, work quality, equipment care, and safety. Landscape maintenance experience, leadership experience, plant knowledge, and a chauffeur’s license are required for consideration for this position. The position is seasonal, first shift, and is estimated at 40-45 hours per week.

Lawn Maintenance Supervisor

We are offering an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual who is hard working and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. The supervisor position is geared toward an individual who is results-driven and can provide leadership to a team of developing crew leaders and crew members. Experience needed includes team member development and management skills, project planning and coordination skills, scheduling, job costing/budgeting, equipment/resources organization skills, vendor management skills, and customer relation skills. The Supervisor position is full-time, first shift.

Winter Workers

We are looking for dedicated, hard-working team members and subcontractors who don't mind working in the cold and want to earn a great wage. We are currently in need of Salt Truck Driver, Plow Truck Drivers, Subcontractors, and Shovelers. Client Care Department

Client Care Account Manager

The Client Care Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. This position works closely with the sales and operations departments to achieve complete client satisfaction through site walks, technical and consultative information, selling of enhancements and open communication; thus adding value to the relationship between the client and DJ’s Landscape Management. This position requires an organized, multi-task oriented person that is able to achieve results in a professional environment. Successful candidate will have exceptional communication and computer skills, a commitment to superior customer service and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in property maintenance and/or landscape design, sales and negotiation required.

Sales Professional-Not currently available but accepting resumes

We are on the look out for an Outside Sales Professional with a green industry background that has a proven track record of sales success in developing new business from cold calls. This position will focus on proactively establishing contacts and selling the value of our landscape management services and service agreements. This candidate will be adept at qualifying sales leads and creating and maintaining long lasting customer relationships throughout a proven sales process. Position requirements include: experience selling maintenance contracts, estimating work and creating full service packages to meet the client’s needs. Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and have past knowledge or experience with CRM programs. It is critical that this individual be energetic, motivated and has the desire to develop business in this growing industry. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desired.

Administration Department

Operations Administration Assistant/Office Support Staff

Our company is currently looking for several new team members to fulfill the Operations Administrative Assistant position and the Office Support staff positions. These positions are both on-call with opportunities on 1st & 3rdshifts. The candidates for this position should be self-motivated individuals who work well in a fast paced team environment. These positions consist mainly of data entry duties, general office tasks and the Office Support Staff position is similar to a call center setting. Some skills that would be helpful in succeeding in this position would be attention to detail, time management skills, excellent math skills, and problem solving skills, and solid multi-tasking skills.
